It has been my biggest investment, my most lucrative investment as well as my smartest investment. As it became time to cash in I learned that an acquaintance of mine from the Hearing Loss Association in Sun City was a realtor. Not only that but she was part of a mother/daughter 2 for 1 team and so we got together and I decided to put myself and my home in their care. They proceeded to professionally staged and photograph and published a brochure that drew heavy traffic for the 2 showings. I accepted an offer on the 16th day. Next were the inspections and negotiations and of course the contracts. It all takes time and energy and expertise well beyond my abilities and that is probably true about most of us. And if it isn’t already obvious, I am happy with the amount of money my 20 year investment provided me. I thank those two ladies Diane and Holly for helping me make a success of the most important financial operation of my life.
